WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
US shipping: - Standard: Free (1-7 business days) - Express 2 Day: $12 USD (2 business days) - Express Overnight: $22 USD (1 business day) Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Military addresses may take an additional 5-10 business days for delivery. Please allow an additional 2 business days to process your order during peak periods and sales.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). During occasional high volume events like major sales, holidays, busy seasons, etc, order processing may take a few days longer. If you know your order needs to arrive by a certain date, please contact us and let us know the details— we'll do our best to make sure they arrive in time :)
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We are excited to offer shipping to Canada. Unfortunately, at this time, we currently only ship to addresses within the US and Canada.

At times, we may run promotions and discounts across the website. Please note that only ONE promotion can be redeemed at one time. You cannot use two different promotions in the same order. Discount and promotional codes cannot be used during sale periods or on sale items.

CAN I SPLIT A PAYMENT?

We offer FREE returns & exchanges for full refund or store credit on all U.S. domestic orders when claimed within 14 days of your order being delivered.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, You Don't need to have an account to place an order with JANE, You can simply shop.
Although one deos not need an account to place an order we highly recommend it being that JANE members receive Bounuus and special coupons
I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
As soon as your order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation. If you checked out with PayPal, be sure to check the email account associated with your account. If you do not receive an order confirmation order via email within 24 hours, please email Customer Service for further assistance.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the customer should receive a email with a order and tracking number once your order has been shipped via UPS or FedEx, you can also do it simple from our website at Track Order page via order number
