Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your JANE eyewear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
You may return any unworn item in its original condition, with all packaging and protective cases included, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, frames must show no signs of wear and must be free of scratches, smudges, or damage.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@janeeyewear.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with a prepaid return label and simple instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
Exchanges
Prefer a different style or color? Let us know when you contact us and we'll help you exchange your pair for another, subject to availability.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
